Hotel Owners and Developers

Since 2003, Obeidat Law has and continues to represent hotel owners and developers.  We advise hotel owners on a variety of matters including claims by former employees, labor disputes, incidents of suspected embezzlement, claims by hotel guests, contracts with suppliers and agreements with travel agencies and tour operators.  Our experience in representing hotel developers extends to reviewing and negotiating a variety of different hotel agreements such as management, licensing and design agreements.

Construction Companies and Financiers

Obeidat Law has represented and continues to advise construction companies and financiers in relation to hotel and mixed real estate development projects.  Examples of what our team of experts has been involved in range from setting up entities and reviewing construction contracts to advising the client on day-to-day matters that may arise throughout the life of each project and representing the client in any employment disputes (or otherwise) that may arise.  As for the area of construction finance, our team has and continues to be involved in drafting, reviewing and advising our clients on the financing agreements, other related agreements and documents.
