In her practice, Lana represents multinational financial institutions and borrowers on the development and financing of a wide range of renewable energy projects in Jordan and advises on local law aspects relating to the project and finance agreements. She also advises companies in negotiating and reviewing different agreements such as shareholder agreements and share purchase agreements on a variety of merger and acquisition transactions.

Lana’s experience extends to engaging in due diligence exercises as well as drafting, reviewing and advising on other types of contracts and agreements, including licensing and sponsorship agreements, non-disclosure agreements and franchise agreements.

Prior to joining our team, Lana interned with the IRS at its Office of the Associate Chief Counsel (Passthroughs & Special Industries) in Washington DC. She also gained public interest experience interning with Lawyers Without Borders in Washington DC as well as immigration experience working with Laura Devine Solicitors in their London offices.

Lana is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is a graduate of the Notre Dame Law School.
