Tamara’s practice has focused on advising corporations on private mergers and acquisitions, including the negotiation of share purchase agreements and advising on regulatory and compliance issues.

She has also represented numerous corporations and financial institutions on the development and financing of energy projects, including advising on financing and project documents. She led the firm’s team advising an international financial institution and other senior lenders on the financing of numerous photovoltaic solar power projects in Jordan.
