Noor’s practice focuses on advising in the area of corporate commercial law. She provides advice in connection with steps required to incorporate companies, including drafting the necessary documents and letters to be presented to the relevant ministry for its approval. Noor is also experienced in procedures required by government entities in relation to the liquidation of the companies, and she advises clients on a wide range of employment matters in connection with the Jordanian Labor Law.
