Zena is a senior associate specialized in corporate and banking matters with substantial expertise in transactional work, particularly project finance. She has been -and continues to be- involved in a number of acquisition and finance transactions in different areas, with special emphasis on the renewable energy sector and the services sector.

Zena has had a main role in advising multinational financial institutions on a suite of financings extended to renewable energy projects. She has also advised a number of project companies developing renewable energy projects in Jordan, represented them throughout the financing process, and advised on local law aspects relating to corporate and commercial matters. Zena has also participated in several acquisition transactions throughout her career.
